THE JOURNEY

I started my professional mental health career in 2015, working with families and children of Autism in the Killeen and North Austin sounding areas. My journey continued as I found myself working with at risk youth, in Mental Health Hospitals for children and adults, and with Outpatient programs like IOP and PHP, as well as a Substance Abuse Rehab, all within the central Texas area.

Since 2020, I’ve been providing professional Life Coaching services to students-athletes and retired student-athlete in Memphis through a program called MICR, Memphis Inner City Rugby.

Now that I am working towards becoming fully licensed, I have decided to expand my Life Coaching services and work as a Private Practice owner providing both Life Coaching and Therapy services.

My short term goal would be to gain access to insurance panels to assist those who would like to use their insurance to pay in the future.

A long term goal for Rebound Wellness is to create assessable content for those who are interested in Therapy or Life Coaching and may need help finding someone in their area.
